Annual Reports

2022 proved to be a fruitful year for EOTA: 1344 ETAs were issued, 38 EADs adopted, 20 EADs cited and 7 Technical Reports were developed or revised over the course of the year.

Other highlights included the 2022 Stakeholder Conference, with discussions about innovation, the benefits of the ETA for industry stakeholders of all sizes and the revision of the Construction Products Regulation, as well as the EAD Action Plan.

With 69 EADs adopted and 30 cited in the Official Journal, 2021 was a successful year for the organisation. This success is mainly due to a common commitment of the European Commission and EOTA to streamlining the citation of European Assessment Documents. Within the framework of this initiative, EOTA created a project team of experienced EAD writers tasked with reviewing, prioritising and fine-tuning EADs at the final citation stage.

The report is introduced by a foreword of EOTA’s President Sebastian Wall on the priorities of the organisation and the work done throughout the year. This introduction is followed by annual data for 2021 as well as overall data since 2013 and by an overview of the milestones of this year.

With 60 EADs adopted and a record number of 44 cited in the Official Journal, 2020 was a successful year for the organisation.

The report is introduced by a foreword of EOTA’s President Sebastian Wall on the role of ETAs in the construction industry. Followed by facts and figures on the ETA route to CE marking, annual data for 2020 as well as overall data since 2013.
